Peugeot Australia sign on as Major Sponsor

Football Federation SA (FFSA) is pleased to announce Peugeot Australia has signed on as a Major Sponsor of football in South Australia.

Australian Motors Peugeot will assist FFSA in the delivery of football programs across the state.

Peugeot has been engineering and innovating since 1810 and has been a leading car manufacturer since 1889.

Peugeot first appeared in Australia during the early 1900s and 1949 was the year the brand was first represented nationally.

FFSA CEO Michael Carter applauded the new partnership with a quality, world renowned and leading brand.

“Peugeot is a quality brand and a quality car maker on the global stage,” he said.

“Peugeot is the world's oldest continuous car brand and second oldest car manufacturer in the world. We are delighted that Peugeot Australia is now a major sponsor of Football Federation SA and the entire football Community. I encourage all of the football family to support this great partnership.”

Australian Motors Peugeot CEO Nicolas Fiorenti admitted he is also excited by the new venture.

“Australian Motors Peugeot is proud to be affiliated with the Football Federation of SA. Football is a sport many South Australians are passionate about, and so are we,” he said.

“It takes passion and commitment to be a part of a football team, and we will approach our affiliation with the FFSA with the same dedication. We look forward to contributing to the future success of football in South Australia”.
