Funding for Coaches, Officials and Volunteers

Do you know a coach, official or other volunteer looking for funding?

The Office for Recreation and Sport is offering scholarships to help cover the costs associated with attending courses or purchasing resources that up-skill active recreation and sport club volunteers. The grant programs are:

·         Wendy Ey Memorial Scholarships for Women in or aspiring to elite coaching (up to $1500)

·         Coaching scholarships (up to $1000)

·         Officiating scholarships (up to $1000)

·         Volunteer scholarships (up to $1000)

The closing date for these two programs is Monday, 15 October 2012. Information on organisation eligibility, guidelines and application forms can be downloaded from www.recsport.sa.gov.au.
