As part of Sunday’s groundbreaking double-header, the women of the historic West Adelaide and Adelaide City Football Clubs will face-off in a top of the table clash, in  Round 10 of the PlayStation 4 Women’s National Premier Leagues at Adelaide Shores Football Centre.

At the helm of West Adelaide is Head Coach, Kevin McCormack, his maintain their position at the top of the league standings having collected a neat pile of three points in recent weeks, despite their 0-0 draw with Metro United.

On the other hand, Adelaide City are looking dangerous in second place, following their 4-0 win over Fulham United in Round 8. However, they were forced to settle for a share of the points in the last round, after a 1-1 draw with Adelaide University.

The West Beach – based club sits in fifth place with 15 points to their name – ten points behind league leaders and upcoming opponents Adelaide City.

Adelaide City, on the other hand, will be looking to continue their good run of form.

Including their recent Westfield FFA Cup SA Quarterfinal win against Campbelltown City, Adelaide City is going through a five game winning streak.
