Football Federation SA is delighted to announce the names of players who will be representing South Australia in the Ultimate Fiji Soccer Cup 2017 this December.
The two Under 15 squads, made up of predominantly players from our state’s regional areas, will travel to Fiji on the 2nd December to take on teams from all over Oceania.
During the October school holidays, both squads took part in a regional camp at Adelaide Shores Football Centre. The players were also put through their paces by some students from the Australian College Of Sport. The students were being assessed on their coaching techniques, specialising in Goalkeeping and session planning.
The U15’s girls side rounded off their training week by taking part in the FFSA Girls SIP weekend.

Head of Game development, John Mundy, is pleased to give regional players another opportunity to shine on an international stage.
“FFSA is committed to identifying players from all over the state and to create pathways and opportunities for them to succeed at the highest level of the game. Regional players and their parents have to sacrifice a lot to achieve these goals and should be congratulated accordingly.”
